Criteria for working with companies

For companies with one or more recognised institutional investors, we can bring additional co-investors into both primary and secondary raises. Secondary capital in particular, can be useful to allow early shareholders liquidity, or to facilitate exercise and exit of employee options.

Snowdon will consider raising capital for companies without a recognised institutional shareholder if it is investing in the round. Our investment aligns us with our investor network.
